Separate sender and recipient
The recipient’s name and number are for delivery; your details are for order updates. Check the address, neighborhood and access instructions. For hotels, confirm reception rules before promising an in-room surprise.
Confirm payment and local timing
Ask which payment methods are accepted and the currency of the final charge. Specify the date and desired window in Agadir local time. Confirmation should distinguish a received request, payment and a booked delivery.
Ordering from abroad
Message Asmae on WhatsApp with the neighborhood and date. Payment is by cash or bank transfer, so if you are abroad, agree on the arrangements with her before confirming. We deliver in Agadir and do not ship flowers outside Morocco.
